Reviews split sharply. Several five-star reviewers praise quick, accurate key copies and a friendly older couple. Many one- and two-star reviews describe high prices, failed keys, and refunds that were hard to get.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Customers who write in describe quick help when a door is stuck, jammed, or locked them out. Reviewers say the technicians arrive on time, send a message before they come, and keep them informed. Many say the prices are fair and quoted clearly, with no overcharging.
Most reviewers describe a friendly, quick shop run by a long-serving couple. Owners are praised for patient explanations and for finding parts that other places could not source. The shop earns a 4.6 average across 1,132 Google reviews, with 88% five-star ratings. Price is the main source of complaint. Several one-star reviews say a standard key cost 12.5 dollars, against a going rate they put at 4 to 8 dollars. One reviewer paid 199 dollars for heel and sole work they had expected to cost about 50. Shoe and bag repairs get strong marks, but check the quote first.
Customers who came in describe quick work, often finished in minutes while they wait. Many say the staff are kind and helpful. Reviewers also call the prices fair for what they get. Several visitors mention a Bedok branch and a small garden outside where they can wait. One customer did 30 cards in one visit and found the service efficient. Another had a sticker removed on the spot and the data erased without fuss.
