What do recent reviews say?

Mister Minit's Tampines location excels at shoe and Birkenstock repair, with staff like Ken and KS earning praise for fast work and thoughtful finishing touches. Watch and automotive key services draw sharp complaints: battery replacements at $15, a lost spring during key fob work, and advertised watch repairs that amount only to battery swaps. Pricing on core shoe work feels fair, but sideline services feel overpriced and occasionally damage items.

Praised for
  • skilled staff (Ken, KS, John)

  • reasonable pricing on shoe repair
  • friendly service and extra care
Watch-outs
  • overpriced watch battery and key fob work
  • inconsistent opening hours on Sundays
  • damage during service (lost spring)
  • misleading watch repair advertising
