What do recent reviews say?

Joe and his uncle run a tight operation. Reviewers consistently walk out in under ten minutes with duplicate keys that work the first time, appreciate the fair prices with no hidden charges, and praise the genuine warmth of the owner. The shop takes cash and PayNow, issues receipts, and the owner has reportedly stayed late to help customers. Key duplication dominates the feedback, but reviewers also mention lock opening without damage and repair work at reasonable rates.

Service quality is the draw here. Customers highlight that Joe actually knows how to duplicate tricky keys (mailbox sets, for instance) when other keysmith shops fail. The owner's personal approach sets the place apart: reviewers note his humility, lack of ego, and willingness to go extra miles for locals. No complaints surface in the reviews.

Reviewers keep coming back to the same few points: installers arrive on time and work fast, and staff take time to explain the lock. Many reviews praise the Xeno range by name. The reviews are almost all short, five-star praise, with few details beyond that. Two reviewers name installers, Hiron and Emily, and one describes a follow-up visit after install. Buyers mention key, card, fingerprint, and face access options. One reviewer had a long install and a slow teaching session, but still gave five stars. No one reports a complaint.
