Customers here keep coming back to speed. Reviewers describe technicians arriving within minutes or under an hour, then opening locked doors fast. Ratings sit almost entirely at five stars.
The praise also covers manners and clear talk. Reviewers mention a named technician, James, who explains the job and warns about delays. Lock replacements and a main door installation were called tidy and well done.
First Locks responds fast on WhatsApp and shows up quickly, with technicians who are friendly, explain their work clearly, and charge fair prices. Reviewers consistently praise their speed across both booking and job completion, backed by a 6-month warranty on lock work and transparent upfront quotes.
Most recent reviewers praise the sales staff for patient, plain-language advice on doors, gates and digital locks. Many say the staff stayed responsive by WhatsApp and kept helping after installation. The 4.9 rating across 3706 Google reviews backs up that steady picture. Installations get good marks for neat finish and proper alignment. Daniel and Miko come up most often by name, and Joyce is praised for showroom help. Two 1-star reviews complain about a cold sales approach at a fair and a door that warped after a year. Those are the outliers to weigh.
Customers who write in tend to get a quick reply and a same-day or next-day visit. Reviewers describe the work as neat, efficient and fairly priced, with little pressure to buy extras. The rating sits at a perfect 5 across 2381 Google reviews. Most jobs are small: letterbox locks, drawer locks, door knobs and lost-key replacements. Several reviewers mention Vincent giving free tips to stop a door knob jamming or to troubleshoot a digital letterbox lock. One reviewer says he offered to repair a handle rather than sell a whole new lockset. Staff are described as polite and patient, and one reviewer mentions Vincent's wife helping on site.
