Beyond speed, reviewers mention the lock types handled: letterbox locks, drawer and cupboard locks, room doors, and a digital lock with a weak battery. Several name technician David, and one reviewer was offered a choice of regular, number, or digital lock. Complaints are absent from the recent text.

Reviewers describe quick, friendly help with car keys and remotes, and many say the prices felt fair. One reviewer said the team came out fast in heavy rain to unlock a locked car. Several praise the follow-up, including a sensor fault fixed at no fee after a return visit. Customers mention key copying, fob replacement, and battery swaps as the work they came in for. One reviewer noted that third-party keys work well but may lack some secondary remote features. Staff are named as Boss and Dylan. Most reviews are short, so detail beyond speed, price, and courtesy is limited.
